Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Johnnie Metcalf can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

To my cousins, your children, and your children's children. your mom and grandmother, my Aunt Johnnie, or "Aint" Johnnie, as I learned to say it as a child has been a guiding force throughout my life. Her memory and the wonderful childhood times we shared together form a story cherish as no other. I need not tell you what a wonderful person she was, but I can assure you she was so as far back as my memory goes. Hold family and friends close for of all this world can offer, these are our dearest treasures on this side of eternity save our faith and hope in Christ. I love and miss you all. May a peace that passes understanding abide in your hearts.
