Opal Marie Price, 78 of Barnardsville passed away Monday, September 4, 2017. She was a native of Buncombe County and daughter of the late Howard and Mildred Whitted Calloway. She is also preceded in death by a daughter Pamela Price and son, Daryl Price.
She is survived by her husband, Curtis Earl Price; sons, Gary Price (Deborah) and Curtis Price; grandchildren, Derek, Justin, Amber, Ashley, Trevor and Summer Dawn Price; great grandchildren; Destiny, Julie, Haley, Mariyah and Miyah Price.
A funeral service will be held 2:00pm Friday, September 8, 2017 at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service, with Reverend Leonard Cole officiating. Burial will follow in Bowman Rector Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
