Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Fred Rector can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

To the family, we are sadden by Fred's passing, we may not have seen him much in the past years but can remember fond times growing up together. You could not have grown up in the Ivy Hill community without knowing everyone who lived there. Fred was always smiling and happy. We were all poor by most standards but we were happy children. Loved by parents and friends as well. I know you hurt and I feel for all of you, but you can rest in the assurance that Fred would not want to return to earth after having seen Heaven. May you feel God's loving arms around you as you grieve and may you find comfort in His great love for each of you. God Bless and keep you.
