Lisa Ann Ramsey Marshall, 48, passed away Monday, April 9, 2018. She is survived by her parents, Harlon Jake and Jeraldine Fender Ramsey; husband, Allan Marshall; daughter, Allece Jeri-Anna Marshall; sister, Christy McGhee (Steve); brothers, Jeremy Ramsey (Haley) and their children, Richelle, Rhiannon, Lorelai, Layla, Lochlain, Gage, and Laynon; Jason Ramsey (Angie) and their children, Courtney, Cody and Jacob; and Josh Ramsey (Susan) and their children, Dakota, Leanna, Joshua, Ariel and Carlee.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Wednesday, April 11, 2018 in the Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Home. The funeral will be held 2:00 pm on Thursday at the Little Creek Baptist Church with Reverends Junior Hensley and Jake Fender officiating. A private burial will be held at Justice Cemetery. At other times, the family will be at 5406 US 23 Hwy., Mars Hill.
Lisa loved the Lord, loved to sing, and loved her family. She was the most loving and caring person with a big heart and would go out of her way to make things happen. She graduated from Mars Hill University with bachelor’s degree in communications and journalism. She had an Associate degree from AB Tech and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from ETSU and worked 25 years on the mother-baby unit at Mission Hospital.
