Obituary for Jo Anne McConnell (Ray)
Jo Anne Ray McConnell, 87, passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Herbert and Dori Robinson Ray. She is preceded in death by her husband, Claude Henry McConnell; daughter, Kathy Doreen McConnell; son, Charles Alan McConnell and grandson, David Brian McConnell.
She is survived by a son, Marty McConnell (Doris); grandchildren, Robert Keith McConnell, Jordan Danielle Black; great grandchildren, Robbie McConnell, Jaycee Wyandt, Bryan Silvers, Pamela Silvers and Taylor Silvers, and great great grandchildren, Hunter, Jayden, and Paisley.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, April 23, 2018 at the Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service with Rev. Charles English officiating. Burial will follow at Clarks Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends on hour prior to the service.
