Obituary for Richard Lewis Boone
Richard Lewis Boone, 75 of Stoney Fork Road passed away Sunday, May 6, 2018. He was the son of Mable Kathleen Carter Boone and the late Gray Wayne Boone.
He is survived by his former wife, Helen Snow Ball; son, Kevin Lewis; sisters, Faye Boone Ogle, Josephine Ball, Ruby Bass, Sally Ewing and Ann Webb; brother, Thurman Boone; grandson, Christopher Boone and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 2:00PM Friday, May 11, 2018 at Chestnut Grove Baptist Church with Reverends Jonathan England and Roy Shepherd officiating. Burial will follow in the Webb Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church.
At other times the family will be at the home of Joyce Faye Ogle, 428 Stoney Fork Road, Barnardsville, NC.
