Jimmy Fox, 60, went to be with the Lord, August 28, 2014. He was a native of Buncombe County, living most of his life in Rock Hill, SC. Jimmy was the son of the late Richard and Elouise Edwards Fox. He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and was retired from Duke Power.
He is survived by a son J.R Fox (Brenda), a daughter Jennifer Petty (Jackie) all of Rock Hill, SC, one granddaughter Tanya, two grandsons, Kyle and Trevor, brothers, R. L. Fox of Rock Hill, SC, Jerry Fox of Chester, SC, sisters, Susan Nicols, York SC, Barbara Smith, Mtn. Home, NC, Evelyn Hall and Louella Leighton of Weaverville.
A funeral service will be held 2:30pm, Saturday, August 30 at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Reverend Robby Leighton will officiate. Burial will follow in the Old Bull Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
