JW Redfern, 71 of Sandy River Road departed this life on Wednesday, August 31, 2016. He was the son of the late Booker and Ruth Harrell White.
Mr. Redfern is survived by his wife Bobbie Nash Redfern; step-sons Virgil Briggs (Paula) and Fred Briggs; step-grandchildren, Ashley and Makenzy Jones.
A funeral service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Preachers Ervin Nash, David King and Powell Young will officiate. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
