Obituary for Ryon Justin Burgess
Ryon Justin Burgess, 46, of Erwin, Tennessee passed away on June 4, 2022. He was the son of Rosalind Schellhous Holycross and the late Richard Edwin Burgess. Ryon is also preceded in death by his brother Sierra Burgess.
A Golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands are now at rest, your special memories will always bring joy and a smile. God broke our hearts to prove he only takes the best. You will forever remain in our hearts until we meet again.
In addition to his mother, Ryon is survived by his wife: Shelly English Burgess; daughter: Whittnee Nichole Ball (Adam); son: Ryon Dylon Burgess (Chloe); brother: Ben Burgess; sister: Roxanne Gosnell (Bobby); sisters-in-law: Kim Crane (Tim), Amy Burgess; brother-in-law: Andy English (Chelle); his father and mother-in-law: Orville and Debbie English; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as an infinite number of friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 10, 2022, at 11:00 am at Coffee Ridge in Tennessee, 385 Farnor Road, Erwin, Tennessee - 37650. Reverends Roy McPeters and Harold Lewis will officiate the service. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Coffee Ridge. A burial will follow in Lower English Cemetery in Mars Hill. A celebration of life will be held immediately after the burial at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, 3700 Puncheon Fork Road, Mars Hill, NC – 28754.
