Alma Gwyn Dunner, 74, of Marshall, passed away May 21, 2021. She was the daughter of the late Bruce and Dot Teague. In addition to her parents, Gwyn is preceded in death by her husband, Harry. She was employed for over 30 years with the Buncombe County Identification Bureau.

Gwyn is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Michele and Scott Luther, granddaughter, Courtney, brother and sister-in-law Robert and Linda Teague, and one nephew, Matthew. She was loved by friends and neighbors who are like family.

A funeral service will be held at 11am Tuesday, May 26, 2021, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Reverends Ricky Wolfe and Dusty Black will officiate. Graveside services will be private. The family will receive friends from 5:30-7:30pm Monday at the funeral home.
