Angela "Kay" King Abshire, 66, of Hot Springs, passed away Monday, February 18, 2019. She was a native of Madison County and the daughter of late Carl and Jerda Mae King McCarter.

Kay is survived by her sons, Dewey Ronald Wills (Lisa) and Brian Wills (Melissa); sisters, Joann Huff, Billie June Woods (Gerald), and Judy Payne (Richard); brothers, J.C. McCarter (Patty) and Dean McCarter (Kim); grandchildren, Michael Wills (Elizabeth Nolan), Catherine Wills, Alexis Wills (Dustin Randall) and Kursten Wills; great granddaughter, Madelyn Randall; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 4pm Thursday, February 21, 2019, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Reverend Randy Wood will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
