Anthony "Tony" George James, 73, of Marshall, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2021. He is the son of the late Grover and Geneva Wilson James and a lifelong resident of Madison County. Tony retired from Ball Brothers Corporation after over 30 years of employment. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a grandson, Yates Pagel.

Tony is survived by his children, Carla and Glenda James, Chris Reece (Sandy), and Tammy Reece; grandchildren, Arianna, Nevaeh, Mia, and Pierce Pagel, Mason James, Hillary King (Andrew), Preston Lanning (Kassi Williamson), and Felicity Lanning; and great grandchildren, Landon, Aubree, and Mason King, and Kannon Lanning; his lifetime friend and mother of their children Carla and Glenda, Naomi Holland; and special friend, Kurt Sonderegger.
