Ms. Betty Lou Weiss Destino, 88, of Mars Hill, NC passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at Mars Hill Manor. Betty was the daughter of the late Thomas and Eilene Cantwell Weiss. Also preceding her in death were her husband: Patsy Destino, one son: Patrick Destino, one sister: Mary Sharrar, and two brothers: Frank and Ronald Weiss.

Betty is survived by her two sons: Thomas Destino and his wife Charlotte and Louis Destino, five grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

The Destino family would like to sincerely thank the staff at Mars Hill Manor who loved her dearly.

A funeral mass will be held at a later date with the assistance of Hardison Funeral Home in Lewiston, NY.
