Bobby Dean Cody, 51, of Mars Hill, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2020. He is the son of Bruce Cody (Dianne) and Nancy Clark (Nelson). Bobby is preceded in death by his special grandmother, Annie "Little Granny" Cody.

He is survived by his wife Donna Waycaster Cody; daughter, Hannah Nicole Cody; son, Bobby Dean Cody, II (Kayla); sister, Michele Cody Patterson (David); brother, Bruce Cody, Jr.; step-sister, Lori Hicks (Scottie); step-brother, Tony Clark (Lindsay); granddaughters, Starr and Isabelle Cody; and several nieces and nephews.

Bobby loved Nascar and drag racing and enjoyed watching Pittsburgh Steelers football. He was of the Baptist faith.

A memorial service will be held 2:00pm Sunday, June 14, 2020 at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge

Funeral Service. Rev. Cline Junior Hensley will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

COVID-19 county guidelines will be followed during the visitation and service.
