Boyd Glenn Norton, 66, of Hot Springs, NC, passed away Saturday, April 10, 2021. He was the son of the late Carl Lee Norton Sr. and Nellie Mae Cody Norton. In addition to his parents Boyd is preceded in death by brothers, Raymond Hurst, Carl Lee Norton, Jr., Dwight "Mickey" Norton, Johnny, and Billy Norton. Mr. Norton is a US Marine Veteran.

He is survived by a daughter, Tracy Elaine Norton; sister, Ann Wood (Jim) of Fairland, OK, and Pat Randolph of Gray, TN; brother, Roger Norton (Judy) of Johnson City, TN; sister-in-law, Abby Norton; special aunt, Mary Jo Cody; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 3:00pm Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Rev. Randy Wood will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Blue Ridge Funeral Service, PO Box 27, Mars Hill, NC 28754, to assist the family with funeral expenses.
