Brooklyn Nevaeh Morawietz, 14, of Weaverville went to be with the Lord on January 31, 2022. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Vance Brank.

Brooklyn is survived by her loving mother Brittany Morawietz; Uncle and Aunt Jeremy and Katrina Johnson; Aunt Ashley Leffew (Damon Hopkins); Cousins, Josie Johnson and Jordan Hopkins; as well as her maternal grandmother Terie Brank.

A funeral service will be held 11:00am Thursday, February 3, 2022, at Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Pastor Jim Dykes will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
