Obituary
Carolyn Sue Ricker Elkins, age 68 of Weaverville departed this life Friday, January 1, 2021 peacefully at her home. She is the daughter of the late Hubert and Beatrice Steelman Ricker. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia Thomas.
She is survived by her husband, Everette Elkins; daughter, Connie Elkins; sisters, Faye and Lynn Ricker; brother, Hubert Ricker, Jr; grandchildren, Brad Elkins and Anna Belle Thomas and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held 2:00PM Monday, January 4, 2021 at Sprouse Family Cemetery on Jupiter Road. Reverend Woody Dillingham will officiate.
