Clarence Eugene Phillips, 63, passed away on August 1, 2026. He was born on April 11, 1963 to Gladys Brown Williams and the late Fred Calvin Phillips. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Dale Phillips.

He worked as a mason most of his life and retired from Print Work.

Surviving are his mother, Gladys Williams; and a brother, Wayne Phillips (Kathy).
