Cynthia Diane Moore Coffey, 59, of Mars Hill, passed away Sunday, August 29, 2021. She was native of Buncombe County and the daughter of Lois Banks Moore and the late Walter Jackson Moore. Cindy graduated from Erwin High School and worked in the food industry for years. She was currently employed with Mars Hill University. Cindy is survived by her husband of 40 years, Ronnie Coffey; daughter, Wendi Diana Coffey; son, Ronathan Scotty Coffey and fiancé Sandy; sisters, Donna Swann (Bo), Sherry Moore, and Vicky Conner (Kevin); brother, Randall Moore (Laura); grandchildren, Logan Campbell, and Landry, Paisley, and Jaiden Coffey; several nieces and nephews; and the Coffey family, Charles and Jackie, Freddie, and Maryann.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm Friday, September 3, 2021, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Burial will follow in Gabriel's Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Reverends Weldon Ramsey and Larry Moore will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

She was loved by her family and will be missed deeply.
