Cynthia "Cindy" Rose (Wolff) Rousseau, 73 of Asheville, NC passed away peacefully on December 25th 2021, with her daughter by her side. She was born on August 4, 1948, in Marinette, WI to Ida Mardelle (Beyers) and Andrew Fredrick Wolff. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by husbands, Donald Baker and Thomas Rousseau; son, Norman Baker; sisters, Julie (Doming) Cruz, Linda Wolff and Deborah (Richard) Klaymar. Cynthia will be dearly missed and always remembered.

Cynthia is survived by daughter, Lorinda Baker; sister, Brenda Shelly; nephews, Andrew Cruz,Drew and Austin Shelley; nieces, Elizabeth (Steven) Greenlaw, Rachel (Bowden) Blazekovic, Rhonda Bowden and Brittney Shelley.

Cynthia requested a celebration of life be held in her honor instead of traditional funeral services. All of Cindy Rose's loved ones are welcome to join us in celebrating Cindy's beautiful life at a date and time yet to be determined.
