Della Price Halsey, 72, of Marshall, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022. She was born to the late Howard and Ollie Bell Price. Della worked as a Dietician at Memorial Mission Hospital in Asheville. She also loved to garden, farming and working in her flowers.

Della is survived by her daughter: Lisa Rice; son: Bill Halsey (Renee); two grandchildren and two great grandchildren, Liam and Kalani. She loved her neighbors: Lula, Rhonda, Brian, Kim, Andrew, Tyler and Piercen. A special thanks would like to be given to Jessica Tipton.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, July 15, 2022, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service with Reverend John Worley officiating. Burial will follow at Redmon Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4:00-6:00 pm, Thursday, July 14, 2022, at Blue Ridge Funeral Service.
