Donald Buckner, age 68, passed away Tuesday, August 5th, 2014. He was the son of the late Reagan and Augusta Goforth Buckner. Donald is also preceded in death by his brother Michael Buckner. He is survived by a daughter Angela Teague (Leslie) and a son Jeremy Buckner (Lisa), both of Marshall; one sister, Peggy Herron (Carol), two brothers, James Buckner and Robert Ray Buckner (Barbara), four grandchildren, Tyler, Eli, Halee and Dakota "Doda"; and the mother of his children, Nancy Buckner. A funeral service will be held Friday, August 8th, 2:00 PM at Teague's Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. Ricky Townsend officiating. Interment will follow at Teague's Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Donald loved horses, especially his Moki. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Teague's Chapel Cemetery Fund.
