Earnesteen Honeycutt Chandler, 91, of Mars Hill, passed away, August 31, 2021. She was the daughter of the late Charlie and Ada McIntosh Honeycutt. She was a member of Upper Laurel Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Earnesteen is preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Chandler, and son Michael Norman Chandler; sister, Elozene Sprinkle; brother, Charles Honeycutt, Jr.; grandparents Morris and Ada McIntosh and Linda Honeycutt.

She is survived by a brother, Paul Honeycutt; niece, Katherine Bowens; nephews, Bobby, Jerry and Danny Sprinkle, Michael and Paul Honeycutt.

A funeral service will be held 10:30am Friday, September 3, 2021, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Reverend Junior Hensley will officiate. A private burial will be follow at Upper Laurel Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:30 am prior to the service.
