Delilah "Lilah" Hoyle Ballard, 75, of Weaverville passed away April 8th, 2022. She was the daughter of the late J.C. and Beva Hoyle. She is retired from Square D after working there 36 years.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Hoyle Ballard; sisters Darlene Hoyle, Jeanette Honeycutt (Ben), Mary Ruth McCoy (Michael); brother Alvin Hoyle (Kim); special nephew Brent Hoyle (Jennie) and niece Jennifer Hoyle as well as additional nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 2:00pm Tuesday, April 12th, 2022, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Rev. Gordon Peek will officiate. The burial will follow in Laurelton Chapel Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

At other times the family will be at 120 McLean Rd. Weaverville, North Carolina.
