Evelyn T. Dodd Bradley, age 89, passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at the Brian Center in Weaverville, NC. She was the daughter of the late Welzie and Ada Rathburn Dodd. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Bradley and brothers, J.B. Dodd, Rev. Eugene Dodd and Harris Dodd.

Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Sharon Hensley (Gene) of Marshall; son, Ron Bradley of Asheville; brothers, Forrest Dodd of Mars Hill and Rev. Billy Dodd of Woodfin; grandsons, David Hensley (Kayleen), Wesley Hensley, step grandson, Travis Hensley; great grandson, Ben Hensley and step great grandchildren, Lila and Liam Hensley.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, January 9 in the Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel at Blue Ridge Funeral Service with Rev. Gary Fox officiating. Burial will follow at the West Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Blue Ridge Funeral Service.
