Evelyn Shetley Collins, 83, of Marshall, left this life here to wake up in Heaven on Thursday, August 21, 2025, surrounded by love. She was the daughter of the late Burnett and Algie Shetley of Greenville, TN. In addition to her parents, she is preceded by all her siblings and husband, Robert "Bob" Collins.

Evelyn is survived by her children, Teresa Hampton (David) of Marshall, where she spent her last few months, Gina Collins of Weaverville, Joyce Collins of Clinton, TN and Robert Collins (Amy) of Georgia; six grandchildren, Nikki Jenkins (Chris), Sabrina Fox, Lisa Jones (James), Travis Fox (Paige), Chris Stewart and Hailey Collins; great grandchildren, Hayden, Hannah and Blake Jenkins, Nevaeh Hampton, Jackson Fox, Jacob and Addyson Stewart; best friend who was like a sister, Terrie Best (Peter) of Asheville.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the 1:00pm service, Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Redeemed Baptist Church. Rev. Jimmy Dean Hensley, Rev. Wade "Bud" Rice, nephews Brian and Ricky Shetley will officiate.

Evelyn's family would like to thank the staff of Madison Home Care and Hospice for all the love and support that was given to Evelyn during her last few months.
