Harry "Mike" Garrison, 71, of Greeneville, TN, formerly of Weaverville, NC, went to be with the Lord, on Sunday, July 2, 2023. He was a native of Buncombe County and the son of the late Harry and Ruth Carmichael Garrison. Mike was an Army Reserves Veteran, where he served for 6 years, and co-owned and operated Asheville Alignment Services for 47 years with his brother Jim. He was an avid farmer who loved his tractors and cattle. Mike loved people and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Mike is preceded in death by his daughter, Lynn Garrison Arrington, and sister, Sue Ballard.

He is survived by his son, Jason Garrison (Shelley), brother, Jim Garrison (Maxine), and grandson, Tate Garrison, Mike took great pride in being his grandfather; nieces, Susan Ballard Workman, and Kelly Garrison McGhee; and nephews, Scott Garrison, and Bruce Ballard, Jr.

A funeral service will be held at 1pm Saturday, July 8, 2023, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service, Mars Hill, NC. Reverends Josh McDevitt and Charles Rogers will officiate. Burial will follow at 4185 West Allens Bridge Road, Greeneville, TN. Rex Miller, Kyle Roberts, Adam Rice, Justin McDevitt, Eddie Davis, Buddy Morris, Bruce Ballard, Jr., and Steve Parrott will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 11am-1pm Saturday at the funeral home.
