Helen Jenkins Letner, 83, passed away on Monday, October 21, 2024. She was a native of Madison County and the daughter of the late Clay and Leakie Whitt Jenkins. She is preceded in death by her sister, Rebecca Ray and brother, Rick Jenkins. Helen was the owner of 23 Country Store for many years.

Helen is survived by her husband, Frank Fox, brother, Howard Jenkins, a special niece, Janet Jenkins, and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at Blue Ridge Funeral & Cremation Service. Reverend Danny Jenkins will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
