Helen King Rice, age 80 of Meadows Town Road passed away at Elderberry Health Care Center, Friday August 14, 2020. She is the daughter of the late Rellie and Cleone Teague King. Helen was a secretary for Leake Law Firm and later as Director for Senior Citizens Center in Madison County.

She is survived by sisters, Janice Payne of Leicester and Irene Teague of Marshall; several nieces and nephews, David and Raymond Teague, Deanna Knox, Donna Hamlin, Joyce Hazel, Jamie White, June and Jeanette Caldwell.

A funeral service will be held 11:00AM Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at Piney Grove Baptist Church of which she was a member. Rev. Cline Junior Hensley will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

COVID-19 social distancing guidelines will be followed during services.
