Isaac Samuel Burleson, 72, of Fletcher, NC, passed away April 30, 2025. He was the son of the late Clifton Samuel and Irene Haynes Burleson. Isaac was a loving husband, father and was a man of God who loved his family, especially his grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law, Linda Savage (Lucian) and a brother, Phil Burleson.

He is survived by his wife Carolyn Breedlove Burleson; daughter, Renee Sherman (Billy); son, Daniel Burleson (Shirley); grandchildren, Brandi, Aaron and Samuel; great grandchildren, Raelyn and Synara; sisters, Lillian Riddle (O'Neil), Shirley Searcy (Rick); and a sister-in-law, Linda Burleson.

A funeral service will be held 4:00pm Saturday, May 3, 2025, at North Black Mountain Baptist Church with the Reverend Cliff Franks officiating. The burial will follow in the Burleson Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00pm prior to the service at the church.
