Jack Clinith Bailey, 85, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2023. He was the son of the late Laney and Estella Jones Bailey and a native of Madison County having lived most of his life in Buncombe County. He is preceded in death by his wife, Esther Coffey Bailey; daughter, Donna Bailey Powell; one grandson; two sisters, and seven brothers.

Jack is survived by his sons, Rick Bailey (Debbie), and Keith Bailey (Vickie); daughter, Patricia Banks (Doug); sisters, Ruth Buckner and Reva Ball; six grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 11am-12pm Wednesday, August 2. 2023, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. A graveside service will follow the visitation at Little Ivy Baptist Church Cemetery. Reverend Zack Bailey will officiate.
