Jack Junior Seay, 89, passed away Friday May 24, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Ethel Seay; wife of 58 years, Wavel Chandler Seay; an infant son; grandson, Zachary Freeman, who passed away in 2013; 1 brother; and 8 sisters.

He is survived by his daughter, Sheila Hyatt (Bobby); son, Ricky Seay (Paula); grandchildren,Rebecca and Vanessa Freeman; and Noah Seay (Makayla).

He was a veteran of the US Army and served as a deacon of Mount Zion Freewill Baptist Church for over 50 years. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather.

A funeral service will be held Sunday May 26, 2024 at 2:00pm at Mount Zion Freewill Baptist Church with a visitation two hours prior to the service. Rev. Calvin Martin, Garland Rice and Kellen Griffin will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
