James "Jimmy" Clyde Ramsey, age 74, passed away on Sunday January 21, 2024. He was born on May 9, 1949, in Buncombe County to the late Clyde and Virginia Anders Ramsey.

Jimmy was the co-owner of Kitchens Unlimited, along with his wife, Joy Jenkins Ramsey. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandson, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to his wife, Jimmy is survived by his son, Stacy Ramsey; sisters, Carolyn Dover, and Deb Rice; brother, Perry Ramsey; grandson, Trenton Ramsey; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday January 25, 2024, in the Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Reverend Danny Jenkins will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm prior to the service.
