Janet Lynn Reese Gentry, age 47 of Hot Springs, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2021 at her residence. She is the daughter of Jerry Dean and Barbara Jane Duckett Reese. Janet was a very loving daughter, devoted mother, and grandmother. Janet was very, passionate about caring for others during her employment as an ER Tech at Mission Hospital.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her fiancée; Mike Johnson; daughters, Jacquelynn Gentry (Joseph Roberson); and Holly Palmer; son, Lane Gentry; brother, Michael Reese (Paula); niece and nephew; Elijah and Kristen Reese; special aunt, Sue Reese; grandchildren, Cole Roberson and Kason Greene and her loving dog and best friend, "Tank".

A memorial service will be held at 3:00PM Saturday February 20, 2021 at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Pastor Greg Warren will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
