Obituary
Janet Carol Ramsey Watts, 61, of Mars Hill, passed away December 3, 2023. She was the daughter of Jerome and Virginia Green Ramsey.
She is survived by her husband Randy Watts; sister, Pat Meadows (Jack); Brothers, Ronald Ramsey (Marilyn), Keith Ramsey (Karen), Gary Ramsey (Rosalyn); her fur baby Midnight; numerous nieces' nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
At Janet's request no service will be held.
