Mr. Jeffery Allen Lowe, 66, of Marshall, NC passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023, at the UNC Medical Center in Chapel Hill, NC. Jeffery was the son of the late John Junior and Ruby Shelton Lowe. He was also preceded in death by his sister: Lee Ann Banks, brothers: Billy D. Lowe and Alvin Lowe, and two brothers-in-law: Carroll Shelton and Bernice Banks.

Jeffery is survived by his sisters: Dalas Bullman and husband Emmitt, Jenny Bullman and husband Arnold, and Winda Shelton, brother: Richard Lowe and wife Brenda, sister-in-law: Shirley Lowe, one very special niece: Shirley Waldroup and several other nieces and nephews.

A private Celebration of Life and burial will be held for Jeffery.
