Jeffrey Scott Worley, 58, of Marshall, went to his Heavenly home Tuesday, April 8, 2025, following his brief illness.

Jeffrey is preceded in death by his mother, Georgia Anderson Worley, father, James Worley, infant brother, Ricky, mother-in-law, Joanne Hylemon Rice, and several aunts and uncles.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 20 years, Kendall Rice Worley; daughter, Kassi (Chris); three grandsons, Josiah, Davis, and Copeland; brothers, Leonard (Sherry), Bruce (Diane), Dennis (Kelli), Kenny (Cathy), and Billy (Terri); sisters, Darlyne and Marlene, father-in-law, David Rice, several nieces and nephews; and his four-legged babies, Molly and Tucker.

A funeral service will be held at 1pm Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral & Cremation Service. Reverends Danny Jenkins and Cliff Franks will officiate, with special speakers, Mrs. Chloe Worley, Mrs. Ashley Jenkins, and Mr. Tyler Worley. Burial will follow in Madison Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Monday, April 14, 2025, at the funeral home.

The family would like to like to say thank you to the MICU nurses and doctors with Mission Health for taking such good care of Jeffrey during his time while a patient.
