Jeremy Dustin Blankenship, 29, passed away December 19, 2015. He was the son of Randall Blankenship and Melanie Rule. Jeremy was a member of the Madison High School graduating class of 2005. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Charles Blankenship.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his girlfriend, Danielle Hurt; Maternal grandparents Walter and Nancy Rule, Paternal grandmother Alma Blankenship; sister, Andrea Blankenship and husband Garry; niece, Payton; four aunts, four uncles and several cousins.

A funeral service will be held 2:00pm Wednesday, December 23, at Upper Laurel Baptist Church. Reverend Cline Hensley and Reverend Tommy Justus will officiate. The burial follow in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
