Jerry Don Metcalf, Jr., age 47, of Weaverville, went home to be with the Lord Friday, March 06, 2015. He was a native of Buncombe County and the son of Jerry Don Sr. and Linda Parham Metcalf. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Alfred and Margaret Parham and James and Lessie Metcalf. In addition to his parents he is survived by sisters, Lisa Cantrell and Julie Harding (Gene); nephew, Jason Brett Metcalf; nieces, Emily Wright (Carl) and Kaitlyn and Logan Metcalf; great nieces, Kinsley and Kyleigh Wright; and best friends, Jeff Massey (Denice English). A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Sunday, March 8, 2015at the Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service with Rev. Danny Sprinkle officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Forest Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 11-1 PM prior to the service.
