Jessie Lee McLean Thomas, 85 of N. Fork Road passed away Sunday, October 25, 2015. She was a native of Buncombe County and the daughter of the late Melvin and Dora Autrey McLean. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Thomas and four siblings. She is survived by a daughter Vickie Lee Anders; sister, Bertha Thomas, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, October 28, at Ledford Cemetery, Burnsville, NC. Reverend Dean Metcalf will conduct the service.
