John "Dick" Roberts,93, of Marshall went to be with the Lord, March 1, 2024. He was the son of the late John and Ida Hensley Roberts.

He was also preceded in death by his wife, Pansy Cutshaw Roberts; sisters, Versie, Victoria, Sylvia, Helen, & Lorado; brother, Sidney; nephew, Clayton Hensley; grandchildren, Tracy and Johnny Bowens.

He is survived by his brother, Pete Roberts (Edna); daughters, Brenda Bowens (Ken), Pauline Gunter (Arthur) and Rebecca Lunsford; grandchildren, Angie West (Will), Sarah Shelton (Jerry), and James Bowens; great grandchildren, Emma, Travis, Cody, and Jeremiah; special friends, Fred Poole, Raymond Cantrell, Gene and Judy Shelton; special niece, Linda Cantrell; special nephews. Jackie and Donnie Wallin; several nieces, nephews, and special friends.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Adam Widemer.

A memorial service will be held at a at 2pm Sunday, March 10, 2024, at Spillcorn Church of God, Bakers Creek Road, Marshall. Reverends Raymond Cantrell and Eddie Roberts will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
