Joseph "Joe" Edward Myers, age 54 passed away at his residence on Friday, November 26, 2021. He is the son of the late Fred Lay Myers and Judith Linda Meserve Moulton and husband Ken. Joe is also preceded in death by a daughter, Alyssa Constance Myers and brother, Michael Arthur Myers. He served in the National Guard, volunteered for the US Air Force Auxiliary and was a member of Asheville Composite Squadron MAR-NC-019.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 33 years, Evonna Emory Myers; sons, Eric Joseph and Alexander Michael Myers; brother Robert Myers and uncles, Richard Meserve and Ed Myers.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30PM Saturday, December 4, 2021, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Chaplain Art Slagle will officiate. The family will receive friends 12:00-1:30 prior to the service.
