Joyce Fox Bryant, 82, of Leicester, NC, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2026. She was a native of Madison County and the daughter of the late Hoye Fox and Gertie Edwards Fox Stines. Joyce was a member of Cross Rock Baptist Church. She had a love for Southern Gospel Music, playing the piano and her church family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a stepfather, Harvey Stines, husband, Jay Bryant, daughter, Christy Darlene Bryant, sister, Alma Fox, and brother, Edwin Fox.

Joyce is survived by a daughter, Tracy Williamson (Mark), grandchildren, Haylee and Heath Williamson, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm Friday, February 20, 2026, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral and Cremation Service. Reverends Garry Rogers and Howard Self will officiate. The burial will follow in the New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery with Brother Eddie Fox conducting graveside rites.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00pm Thursday, February 19, 2026, at the funeral home.
