Obituary

Joyce Robinson Ingle, 86, of Weaverville, passed away Tuesday, October 23, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Theodore and Lucy Buckner Robinson and a native of Madison County having lived most of her life in Buncombe County. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Milo Ingle and a brother, Reverend Dale Robinson. Joyce was a lady of multiple talents and careers. She was active in numerous churches with the last one being Piney Mountain Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Patty Higgins (Wayne); son, Myron Ingle (Jennifer); sister, Carolyn Jamerson; brother, Cliff Robinson (Betty Jo); grandchildren, Anthony and Travis Ingle and Cassie Davis; great grandchild, Kenzleigh Davis; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Rev. Walter Ponder will officiate. The burial will follow in Ashelawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

A special thank you to the 4th & 6th floor at Mission Hospital for the care that they provided for Joyce, and to the staff and residents at Mars Hill Retirement Community for their care and friendship.
