Ms. Juda Hall Edwards, 84, of Weaverville, NC passed away at her home Thursday, March 2, 2023. Juda was the daughter of the late Ottis and Letha Hensley Hall. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Rev. Elmer Edwards to whom she was married for 61 years as a pastor's wife; a sister, Savada Fender; and three brothers, Vaughn, Melvin and Edward Hall. Juda had a love for young children and cared for many at her home over the years. A strong and courageous woman of faith who never complained.

Juda is survived by her son, Dean Edwards and wife Teresa; two grandchildren, Stephanie Stroupe and husband Clay, and Madeline Mitchell and husband Al; five great grandchildren, Margaret Laurel, Eleanor James, Graham, Juliette and Abraham; a sister, Jane Cheek; a brother, Gary Hall and wife Susan; several special nieces and nephews; and her best friends who happened to be her daughter-in-law's parents, Marvin and Trudy Collins.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at 12:30 pm in the Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service with the Pastors Jock Rhew and Jordan Byrd officiating. The Edwards family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 12:30 pm prior to the funeral on Saturday, March 4, 2023. Juda will be buried at Green Hills Cemetery in Asheville, NC on Sunday, March 5, 2023, at 11:00 am.
