Judy Lorraine Shelton, of Clyde Brown Rd. went to be with her heavenly father Friday morning, May 13, 2016. She was a native of Madison County and daughter of the late Baxter and Emily Cutshall Shelton. Judy loved the Lord and loved helping others. This lead her to a career as a CNA. But her greatest joy in her life was being the mother to her three boys. She is survived by sons, Ryan Jackson (Leslie), Jason Jackson and Brandon Lamb; sister, Carol Norton (Grady); grandchildren, Jacob, Lydia and Spencer Ryan Jackson and a special friend Stacey Adams. A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, May 16, 2016 in Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Rev. Kevin Boone will officiate. Burial will follow in the Lisenbee Cemetery , Spillcorn Rd. The family will receive friends Sunday, May 15, 5–7 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Blue Ridge Funeral Service, PO Box 27, Mars Hill, NC 28754, to assist with final expenses.
