Kathy L. Norton, age 60, passed away at her home in Marshall Thursday, July 23, 2015. She was the daughter of Geraldine Chandler Meadows and the late Hillery Norton. She is preceded in death by her brother Ray Norton. She is survived by her sister, Glenda Payne (Haven); special niece, Robin Worley (Jason), great niece, Sadie Worley and great nephew, Henry Worley.
