Mr. Kevin Woody Robinson, 66, of Marshall, NC died on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at Mission Hospital. Kevin was the son of the late James Earl and Latrelle Woody Robinson. Kevin was a forest ranger in Madison County for several years before he retired from the North Carolina Forest Service. In addition to his parents Kevin was preceded in death by a daughter Nicole Robinson.

Kevin is survived by his wife: Sue Bassett Robinson, a daughter: Christy Shelton and husband Jon, a son: Brian "Woody" Robinson and wife Danielle, a sister: Karen Sams and husband Gary, three brothers: Keith Robinson and wife Pat, Kim Robinson and wife Sherry, and Kris Robinson, and seven grandchildren: Bailey, Brianna, Brayden, Carissa, Adeline, Jude, and Ember.

A celebration of Kevin's life will be Saturday, August 20, 2022, from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at the home of Brian Robinson. Kevin's family requested that attendees dress casually.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Blue Ridge Funeral Service, PO Box 27, Mars Hill, NC 28754, to assist the family with final expenses.
