Lane Ogle, 72 of Mothers Way passed away Thursday, October 27, 2016. He was the son of the late Howard and Bonada Flasher Ogle. Lane was the owner of Ogles Body Shop, US Army Veteran and an avid outdoorsman. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Othella Rice Ogle; step-children, Kim Brigman; James Brigman (Robin), John Brigman (Sandy), Wayne Brigman (Laura) and Daniel Brigman (Cindy); sisters, Shirley Murray, Cynthia Baker (Ronnie); brother, Rodney Ogle; grandchildren, Davis, Tyler, Lauren, Blake, Kelsey, Demi, Dillon, Evan, Landon, Emily and a very special grandson Grayson, several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 1:00pm Monday, October 31, 2016 at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Reverend Jimmy Dean Hensley will officiate. Burial will follow in the Thomas Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00 Sunday, October 30, at the funeral home.
