Larry Dean Duyck, 60, of Weaverville, NC passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at Four Seasons Elizabeth House in Flat Rock, NC. Larry was the son of the late Rex and Evelyn Veraeen Dillingham Duyck. He was a lifelong resident of Buncombe County and was a member of Paint Fork Missionary Baptist Church in Barnardsville, NC.

Larry was a self-employed roofer, hard worker, and in his free time he enjoyed digging ginseng. He loved everyone he met and found great satisfaction in taking care of his family and loved ones. Larry was also preceded in death by his sister: Sharon Rogers.

Larry is survived by his sons: Jerry Curtis Duyck and Larry Rex Duyck, two grandsons: Curtis Duyck and Christian Duyck, and one sister: Wanda Crowder.

The funeral service for Larry will be on Monday, June 12, 2023, at 12:30 pm at Paint Fork Missionary Baptist Church in Barnardsville, NC with Rev. Shane Lunsford officiating. A burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The Duyck family will receive friends from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm prior to the service on Monday, June 12, 2023, at the church.
